I have been a full-time Realtor since 2003. Before becoming a Realtor, I purchased my first home and I made every mistake you could possibly make when buying a home. I did not have anyone there to tell me what was right or wrong. So after learning from my mistakes I decided to use my personal experience and become a Realtor and make sure my clients did not go through the bad experience that I went through, and in turn wanted to make the journey and experience enjoyable and stress free when buying/selling a home. As a resident of Saint Peters, MO, I specialize in St Charles, Warren, Lincoln and the North & West St Louis County areas. I spent many years working with both sellers and First Time Home Buyers, Move Up Buyers & New Construction. I have a vast knowledge of the loan programs from FHA, VA, Conventional & USDA as well as many down payment assistance programs including MHDC, etc. I am also certified to work with short sales on both the buying and selling side and I am also a certified staging consultant as well. I decided to merge my team with the #1 team, The Allen Brake Team in the #1 Keller Williams Office in the St. Louis Area in Kirkwood in 2019. This decision opens so many doors for our clients with not only support but the amazing team on both sides of the river now to support everyone involved. This allows me to focus and specialize my expertise in staging and doing what I love which is working with sellers on the sale of their home from preparing their home for the market to closing.
