His entire business model is based on proactive aggressive marketing rather than traditional passive techniques. Since then, Heath has maintained the same work ethic and commitment to serving people in Jefferson City and the surrounding areas. As a result of this commitment, he now has a team of 12, comprised of both staff and agents, with offices in Jefferson City and Columbia , MO. With over 40 years of combined experience in home buying and selling, the team knows it takes a good listener, patience and understanding – the elements of service they have successfully provided to many clients. Heath and his team are members of the JCABOR (Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors), CBOR (Columbia Board of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and MAR (Missouri Association of Realtors).
